EPLO Roundtable on the European External Action Service (EEAS)

On February 8th, 2010, the European Peacebuilding Liaison Office (EPLO) organized two roundtables about the European External Action Service (EEAS) in order to bring together NGOs, academics and European decision-makers.
The first session was about “Peacebuilding and conflict prevention in the EEAS”.
And the second one focused on “The role of civil society in promoting peace: ensuring the impact and accountability of the EEAS”.

Two membres of IRENE's permanent staff participated in this roundtable: Emmanuel Vivet and Anna Penfrat. The former had been previously asked to be a respondent in the second roundtable.
