Workshops with the Masisi Communities

On request of six Masisi communities, the ILC (Initiative for a Cohesive Leadership), a partnership of ESSEC IRENE and the WWICS (Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars), has gathered about a hundred officials in order to establish a common diagnosis of the situation on the territory, and make commitments to maintain security for the populations around Michel Kassa. To facilitate these meetings, Professor Alain Lempereur, one of the initiators of this program came with Eric Blanchot. The workshop took place in Goma between the 23rd and the 27th of November.
