In 2004, at the request of the European Commission, a report oninternational negotiation training needs of European officials was produced by Alain Pekar Lempereur.

Following this report, in collaboration with Tea-Cegos (Spain), a special negotiation workshop was developed and then delivered by ESSEC IRENE. New cases and materials were created to respond to the participants’ requirements.

The structure of the workshop integrates the request for follow-up, and contains three parts:


Advanced Negotiation Seminar (5 days) in Brussels.

Workshop on Multilateral Conference Negotiation (2 days) in Ittre, where the Negotiatrix case, developed with the FAO, is used.
